The developers of the company Ipification won the regional award at the Elevator Lab competition as a startup with the most innovative solution in the field of financial technologies.
Previously, that team of Serbian programmers won first place at the Elevator Lab competition for Serbia.
In addition to the Serbian representative, startups from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia also participated in the regional competition, and the competition was also open to startups from Montenegro and Slovenia.
As the best startup, Ipification was given the opportunity to implement its solution at Raiffeisen Bank in the region and to present its innovative solution at the international Elevator Lab Demo Day competition in March and April 2021.
Ipification Executive Director Stefan Kostic said that he was very honored to have recognized the great effort and work on the development of solutions that will greatly facilitate and further improve mobile banking with complete security of customer data.
“IPification is an advanced and most secure solution when registering, logging in and verifying transactions. The process of verifying a phone number is done with one click, without waiting for a password or SMS. The latest technology enables privacy of mobile users and complies with all EU regulations and beyond,” Kostic explained.
He added that the award is an incentive for the young Serbian team to continue to innovate and contribute to the development of the market in Serbia and throughout Europe, Beta reports.
