Construction of the IT Park in Indjija, property of India’s Embassy Group, is going as planned, while some works are even ahead of the schedule, says Jovica Jelenic, Deputy Director of that company.
The first A phase includes the construction of 10,000 sqm of workspace and the development of road infrastructure around the facility. Works on the reinforced concrete structure are expected to be completed by September, after which the building should get a roof and glass facade. All this should be finished by mid-December.
Completion of works of the entire first A phase are expected in May 2013, for which the company will spend around €14 million. The second phase – construction of another 15,000 sqm workspace under €11 million investment will kick off soon after.
