The Deputy Prime Minister’s office says in a statement that apart from Ukraine, Serbia is the only European state to have been granted a loan by the Kuwait Fund in 2012.

The loan agreement will be officially signed in Belgrade on 28 November 2012.

On behalf of Serbia, the agreement will be signed by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, while on Kuwait’s behalf it will be signed by KFAED Director General Abdulwahab Al-Bader.

During the visit to Serbia in November, the KFAED delegation will be acquainted with other infrastructure projects in which the Serbian government is interested and which were mentioned two days ago in the talks between Deputy Prime Minister Ljajic and the Prime Minister of Kuwait, Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
