The opening of the ski resort Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia will be on December 5, announced the general manager of the hotel, Goran Kovacevic. He added at an online conference organized by Color Media Communications, under the working title “SUMMER 2020: HoReCa Insight – From the perspective of hoteliers & caterers: how to survive the corona and economic consequences” that the whole coronavirus pandemic situation caused the opening date to move.
The site of the famous international hotel group Viceroy also states that the hotel on Kopaonik will “debut” in the winter of 2020. Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia is the result of a partnership between Viceroy Hotel Group and KPI doo from Belgrade, a private company specializing in real estate and investments in Central and Eastern Europe.
This ski resort will have 119 rooms, and is inspired by the local style, which is based on the natural beauties and landscapes of Suvo rudište. Guests will have four places to dine, including the Apres Ski Lounge, framed by beautiful mountain views.
The hotel is also equipped with a six-treatment spa, a beauty lab, an indoor pool and a Turkish bath.
The design is dominated by natural colors of dark wood combined with pure white details, with plenty of windows and open spaces that will provide a spectacular view of the surroundings, it is added.
He stated that the hotels are without guests and the employees are walls without heart and soul.
– The corona should teach us not to put ourselves in a situation where we are again struggling with a labor shortage – Kovacevic concluded.
