The Agency states that, although the trend of establishing economic entities has improved compared to April, the number of entities established in May did not reach the level from February.
At the same time, 95 companies and 773 entrepreneurs were deleted from the Register of Business Entities in May, while 555 companies and 2,079 entrepreneurs were deleted in the same month last year.
In the first five months, the establishment of 3,646 companies and 9,113 entrepreneurs was registered, while in the same period last year, 3,891 companies and 14,989 entrepreneurs were established.
At the same time, 1,388 companies and 7,798 entrepreneurs were deleted from the Register, while in the same period last year, 1,548 companies and 9,623 entrepreneurs were deleted.
Through the eRegistration service, 497 LLCs and 618 entrepreneurs were established in the first five months, and the number of electronic registration registrations increased by 28% compared to the same period last year (117 LLCs and 753 entrepreneurs).
