”To build sustainable is world’s number one trend in property development. As a result, the carbon footprint and operating costs are lowered and it also increases the asset value. That was the reason why we have decided to expand our services portfolio and provide our clients possibility to choose one of the protocols for green projects certification: LEED (USA), BREAAM (British) or DGNB (German)”, said Roman Klott, Managing Director of NAI atrium und Atrium Consulting.

NAI atrium says that interest in sustainable construction is steadily increasing and there are already several buildings in the process of certification. Recently, NAI atrium has been instructed to render sustainable services for BBC1Plus – a 30.000 m2 office building.

NAI atrium with offices in Vienna, Belgrade, Bratislava and Sofia is part of NAI Global, the leading international network of independent companies in the industry. NAI Global has 350 offices worldwide in 55 countries, employs more than 5.000 professionals and completed over 45 billion dollars in transactions annually. NAI atrium is a subsidiary of Atrium Consulting.
