The Ministry of Health has awarded the procurement of the software solution for the platform for telephone consultations of doctors and patients (telemedicine) to the companies Procescom and Telekom Serbia, whose joint offer was the only one within this public procurement, according to the decision on awarding the contract.
Procescom and Telekom will receive 102,000 euros for the purchase of the software solution.
Procescom is owned by Vojislav Krstic, Ivan Bukelic and Sava Terzic.
Procescom and Terzic are co-owners of Kentkart Southeast Europe, which operates Belgrade’s Bus Plus public transport system.
Kentkart Southeast Europe is majority owned by Kentkart Global Elektronik Anonymous Sikreti from Turkey, while Procescom participates with 21 percent and Sava Terzic with 24 percent.
Procescom will be in charge of most of the work of creating a software solution for telemedicine, and its job will be related to the software development itself.
Telecom’s part of the job includes providing server infrastructure, data storage devices, daily backup, completely redundant network infrastructure and enabling simultaneous calls, Nova Ekonomija reports.
