500 Startups representatives qualified Serbia as a good place for investments, adding that the country’s youth is well-educated, hard-working and talented.

What Serbia lacks is a change of awareness of business and focus on private businesses, they said.

Partner at 500 Startups Marvin Liao pointed out he had the opportunity to meet promising local entrepreneurs and interesting companies, and that his impression is that Serbia is rich in talents and has great potential in terms of technology.
