A new line to produce hydraulic units for mechanical engineering was launched at a GRO-AS factory in the city of Aleksandrovac, Serbia. Attending the inauguration ceremony was Serbian MP Dragomir Karic, one of the founders of Dana Holdings that is widely presented on the Belarusian market, BelTA informs.

GRO-AS is a many-year supplier of various products to the West-European countries. With the new manufacturing facility Serbian producers hope to establish close cooperation with Belarusian mechanical engineers. “Our hydraulics is modern, reliable and competitive. It could be used at the assembly lines of the Belarusian mechanical engineering companies, for instance, the well-known Minsk Tractor Works,” Grozdan Jankovic, the company’s founder, said at the production line inauguration ceremony.

According to Dragomir Karic, cooperation between Belarusian and Serbian companies meet the interests of the two countries. “Belarus is a country with an open economy and favorable climate for investment. I am confident that joint business projects of the two states will be a success,” noted Dragomir Karic.
