Strategic partners are being sought for 11 large companies, Serbian Economy Minister Goran Knezevic said on Wednesday.
A solution for the pharmaceuticals maker Galenika is close at hand, and is expected in early 2017, he said.
Intensive efforts are underway to solve the problems at the Resavica mining complex to solidify the company and find a strategic partner in the period to come, he said.

“We cannot find a universal solution for those companies and we have to deal with them one by one. They are already prepared for the privatization process and we are looking for strategic partners. We are already in talks about Galenika and the solution will be found right after the New Year,” Knezevic told TV B92.
