In the Phoenix Business Zone in Kragujevac, the construction of a business facility with an area of 27,430 square meters is in progress.
It is the second facility built for the needs of the company “Yan Feng” by the Dutch company CTP – an industrial developer.
CTP will invest 17 million euros in the construction of this facility, and the value of the equipment in the facility itself is 20 million euros.
The first CTP investor facility was built in the immediate vicinity for the needs of the Chinese company Yan Feng, covers an area of 25,000 square meters and employs 600 people.
In the second plant of this company, which is under construction, another 300 citizens of Kragujevac will get the job.
As the press service of the administration announced today, the mayor of Kragujevac, Nikola Dasic, and the director of the company CTP Invest Serbia, Vlatko Djuricek, and their associates visited the construction site on Thursday, without the presence of the media.
Construction of another facility in the Phoenix Business Zone began on July 1.
“The second facility, which is now being built for a well-known client, our long-term partner, is even bigger, which is a confirmation of our seriousness to invest in the city of Kragujevac,” emphasized the director of CTP Invest Serbia, Vlatko Djuricek.
According to him, Kragujevac is one of the four strategically important cities in Serbia and “a place to be”.
“CTP is certainly an investor who has already proven his references, and he has a reliable partner in Kragujevac. It is up to us to be at your service with our services because of the people of Kragujevac and our good rating,” said Mayor Nikola Dasic, B92 reports.
