There are three valid offers from Chinese companies for the construction of the fourth bypass bridge in Novi Sad, and we expect the ministry to quickly appear before the Government with a working group that should enter into negotiations with the best bidder, said the mayor of Novi Sad Milos Vucevic.
– The general project of the bridge is ready, now we are going to make a preliminary project and we will be able to inform the public very soon about the serious progress in the realization of that project – announced Vucevic, reports the website of the City of Novi Sad.
Let us remind you, the bridge will be an extension of the Boulevard of Europe, and the estimated value is around 127 million euros.
The bridge will be 2.4 km long and 31 meters wide above the water and will have 2 + 2 lanes with a dividing island, and on both sides of the bicycle and pedestrian path, two meters wide, eKapija reports.
