Total personal debt in Serbia increased by more than RSD 11 billion from the beginning of the year to late May, and stands at RSD 627.41 billion, according to the latest report by the Association of Serbian Banks (UBS).
Total housing debt increased by approximately RSD 2.5 billion over the first five months of 2014, while the largest portion of personal debt growth in the same period came from cash loans, UBS website states.
According to UBS records, the rate of late payments is also on the rise reports tanjug.
