Telekom Serbia started buying the remaining shares in MTS Bank

Telekom Serbia will forcibly repurchase all shares owned by the remaining shareholders of MTS Bank, it is stated in the announcement published on the Central Registry of Securities.
Telekom Serbia provided and deposited money for the purchase of 375,107 shares at a price of 1.5 euros per share.
In this way, Telekom Serbia uses its right from the Law on Companies and acts according to the decision of the assembly of that company made at the end of September.
Telekom Serbia has more than 97.1 percent of the total issue of shares of MTS Bank, and among the owners whose shares will be forcibly bought by the largest shareholder is JP Srbijagas, Dnevnik reports.
