“Jat Tehnika” Agreed the Multi-Million Deal with the Russian Company in Tyumen “UTAir”

“JAT Technique” in Tyumen has agreed with the Russian company “UTAir” deal worth several million euros, was announced by the company.

During recent visit to this city, a five-year contract was agreed that provides complete support in maintaining the aircrafts from the fleet of “UTAir”. Russian company has its own fleet of 251 helicopters and 178 passenger aircrafts, of which 32 B737 Classic, 14 ATR 42 and 3 ATR 72, it was said in a statement.

“JAT Technique” has the necessary licenses for the complete maintenance and overhaul of aircraft, and by this agreement will be in charge of the “base maintenance of the fleet, for all structural modifications and repairs, general repairs of landing gears, engineering services, planning and logistics, as well as for the training of the staff of “UTAir” in Tyumen. Cooperation with this Russian company has been started in June this year when the first ATR42 aircrafts arrived for the base maintenance, and these works are worth more than half a million.

For the realization of a new contract “Jat Technique” will employ almost completely its capacity “that will bring security and stability in the future work and development of the company”, the statement said. This company has a long-term cooperation with British companies “Jet2.com” and “Astraeus” and Russian “Transaero”.
