- Upcoming events: French President Emmanuel Macron is set to visit Serbia on August 29 and 30, with several agreements expected to be signed. Additionally, a major business forum with French companies will take place in Belgrade in October. Future events include business forums in Paris and business expeditions to Monaco, Lyon, and Nice.
- Business forum success: During the Olympic Games in Paris, a Business Forum led to pre-contracts worth 4.5 million euros being signed in a single day, with significant participation from Serbian companies.
- AI collaboration: There’s a collaborative effort with a large French company to connect Serbian and French students working on artificial intelligence solutions.
- WebSummit participation: Serbian startups are gearing up for the WebSummit in Lisbon, with 24 out of over 80 registered startups selected to showcase their innovations.
- Economic growth outlook: Serbia’s economic growth is projected to be between 3.5% and 4% for the next year, with an emphasis on adaptability and resilience in the face of market uncertainties.
