Germany remains Serbia’s main foreign trade partner in 2012

Germany was Serbia’s main foreign trade partner in the first 10 months of 2012 with Serbia’s export amounting to 1.1 billion dollars, and import from Germany totaling 1.7 billion dollars. Besides Germany, Serbia’s main export destinations were Italy, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania, and the Russian Federation. Main import partners after Germany were the Russian Federation, Italy, China, and Hungary. Serbia did most of its trade with countries with which it has free trade agreements.
