It provides an update on local energy action in Central and Eastern Europe and presents the trends, opportunities and achievements of local governments to meet the vision of 100% renewable energy future by 2050. The First Business Forum ‘Solar Balkans 2011’ will show the opportunities for investment and production of solar devices and plants in the region of South-East Europe.
