CEE-focused mid-market buyout firm Abris Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Serbian TV and broadband service provider Kopernikus Technology.

The deal sees the GP partner with Kopernikus founders Srđan and Zvezdan Milovanović to grow the company.

Abris tapped its Abris Capital Partners Fund III for equity in the deal. The vehicle was launched earlier in 2016 and is targeting €500m, an amount the firm expects to raise during 2017.
