Air Serbia and the Luxembourg airline Luxer have concluded a special accompanying agreement (SPA) which will enable passengers a greater choice and better connection when traveling between Belgrade and Luxembourg, as well as easier access to destinations within the regional network of Air Serbia, it was announced today.
According to the airline, the cooperation was established after Luxer launched direct flights twice a week on the Belgrade-Luxembourg route on June 3.
“We are pleased with the fact that we will provide passengers of both companies with more choice and flexibility when planning a trip. We remain focused on the constant improvement of the service and the expansion of cooperation with our partners, “said the director of commercial and strategy at Air Serbia, Jirji Matek.
The commercial director of the company Luxer, Thomas Fischer, estimated that the cooperation with Air Serbia will enable foreign residents in Luxembourg to reach their home countries more easily, “as well as for the Luxembourg community to discover the beauties and heritage of this region”.
“We are glad that, through cooperation with Air Serbia, we are developing our activity towards such a wide and important area as Eastern Europe. Our main goal in Luxer is to enable communities to meet and realize commercial and cultural exchange,” Fischer said.
Based on the SPA contract, Luxor passengers will be able to fly via Belgrade to Air Serbia destinations such as Athens, Banja Luka, Podgorica and Skopje, while Air Serbia will provide its passengers with flights from cities in the region to Luxembourg via Belgrade, as well as travel between two cities via transit points such as Berlin, Vienna, Paris and Rome.
Airline tickets under the SPA contract are on sale from July 1, Nova reports.
