Belgian Azelis took over Serbian Finkochem

The Belgian company Azelis has taken over the Serbian company Finkochem, which specialized in sale and distribution of raw materials for food, chemical, plastic, metal and rubber industry.

As the Europe’s leading distributor of special chemical products announced today, this strategic acquisition in Serbia will make it possible for Azelis to strengthen its position in the region since Finkochem is the second largest distributor in Serbia.

As it is pointed out, Azelis will now have a capacity to accelerate the growth of its operations in the sectors of food and health maintenance, personal care and chemical industry not only in Serbia, but also in neighboring countries.

The company Finkochem was founded in 1991 by the ALM Group based in Cyprus, while its primary field of work is representation, import and distribution of products of leading European manufacturers of raw materials for the needs of chemical industry, food industry and fodder industry.

Finkochem supplies over 300 clients from its warehouse in the vicinity of Belgrade.
