B92 on Tuesday received confirmation that Miroslav Miskovic’s Delta Holding had sold its Delta City shopping centers in Belgrade and Podgorica.
South Africa-based investment fund Hyprop Investment announced that it had acquired the shopping centers for a total of EUR 202.75 million.
Hyprop said that the Delta City mall in Belgrade cost EUR 127.75 million, while they paid EUR 75 million for the one in Podgorica, Montenegro.
Miskovic recently told Belgrade-based daily Danas that his company was in serious negotiations to sell the shopping centers in Belgrade and Podgorica, adding that “this and similar moves are being made lately because it is not good to keep all eggs in one basket.”
