“Countries with a developed dual education system do not have a problem with youth unemployment, and Serbia has recognized this,” says Christoph Leitl.
The president of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber is on a two-day visit to Belgrade as of Monday.
This endeavor requires a strong chamber of commerce, which serves as a hub for companies that train both skilled tradesmen and administrative staff, Leitl told Tanjug.
Dual education is the backbone of a strong economy, he said, adding that every economy needs a highly-skilled workforce, he said.
A strong chamber of commerce is a prerequisite for a vibrant economy, as that is the only way of successfully representing the interests of the business community before the state and political institutions, Leitl noted.
