The Supervisory Board of Energoprojekt Holding (ENHL) convened a regular assembly of shareholders for July 23, and one of the items on the agenda concerns the issuance of corporate bonds, the brokerage house Momentum announced today.
The company’s management proposed that Energoprojekt issue corporate bonds through a public offering in the maximum amount of about 28 million euros, while the Supervisory Board should make a decision on the volume of the issue, interest and other elements of the prospectus.
As stated in the draft decision, the company “by raising funds through the issuance of bonds wants to perform optimal liquidity management, providing stable and long-term sources of financing in domestic currency, as well as to ensure further diversification of sources of funds for its business.”
At the end of 2019, Energoprojekt had a net debt of 35.8 million euros, which is a decrease of 32.5 percent compared to the year before, stated the brokers of Momentum, Danas reports.
