La Linea Verde, is a leading Italian agro-alimentary company specialised in the fresh‑cut and fresh-ready meals sector. The Italian Group, a co‑packer for large‑scale retailers (more than 50 private brands in Italy and abroad) and through its own brand DimmidiSì, ended 2016 with a turnover of 225 million euros and a growth of more than 6% over 2015.

A goal the company has achieved largely thanks to the company’s performance in foreign markets. According to La Linea Verde in 2016, 35% of their sales were generated in foreign markets (versus 5% in 2008), thanks both to export activities from Italy (Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Serbia, Czech Republic, Belgium) and to the performance of the Spanish branch Vegetales Línea Verde Navarra.

“We are very satisfied with our export activities. Thanks to our expertise in fresh cut, in logistics and the unquestioned quality of our products, we have started to supply some of the most important retailers in Europe” said Giuseppe Battagliola, President of La Linea Verde -In 2017, “we aim to grow and expand our core business even more, taking our fresh‑cut, ready‑to‑eat expertise to an international market, the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Benelux, Croatia and Serbia.”
