Marera Properties and the Russian FSK Group are joining forces in Serbia

Marera Properties, a company for investment, acquisition, development and rental of commercial real estate, with a portfolio of 200,000 m2 and a value of almost 180 million euros, is joining forces with FSK Group – one of the largest construction investors in Russia.

The companies have therefore signed an agreement to start cooperation on future residential projects in Serbia, thus combining the strength of both parties, which will open a new chapter in the business of Marera Properties, it was announced.

For years, on the domestic Serbian market, the demand for residential buildings of the highest class has been on the rise. Serbia aims to take residential projects to the next level, offering a fresh approach to concept, design, technology and sustainability.

Marera Properties, one of the leading Real Estate investors on the Serbian market, owns 200,000 m2 of office, retail and industrial space in its portfolio, focusing on the development of commercial buildings in prominent locations in Belgrade and in regional centers. The most important projects are the reconstruction of the Kalemegdan Business Center, Palace Belgrade. and BIGZ buildings, while the projects at Makedonska 44 and Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 79 are the bearers of significant architectural and urban planning awards. The company also owns the industrial park Pobeda in Petrovaradin – the largest industrial park in Vojvodina, which covers 38 hectares, as well as the retail facilities Forum shopping center in NiÅ¡ and Forum Park in Zemun.

FSK Group has been operating for 18 years, having built more than 13.8 million square meters of space for all purposes during that period. The structure of the FSK Group includes its own production facilities, contractors, consulting and sales, telecom operators and other related businesses, which enabled the company to release more than 500,000 newly built square meters on the Russian market in 2022 alone.
