In order to raise the quality of services for citizens and the economy, the Post of Serbia will modernize its logistics centers in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis, and plans the first negotiations on the procurement of new technology for processing shipments with manufacturers from Japan, said the. Director of the Public Company Post of Serbia Zoran Djordjevic after the meeting with the Ambassador of Japan to Serbia Takahiko Katsumato.

– At the meeting we agreed that there are real opportunities for improving cooperation between the post offices of our countries, as well as for modernizing the processing capacities of the Post of Serbia in cooperation with manufacturers of this equipment from Japan, because the Post already uses sorting machines made in Japan – said Djordjevic.

In that sense, Djordjevic, at a meeting held at the Post of Serbia, asked Ambassador Katsumato to convey to Japanese equipment manufacturers an invitation to a meeting in Belgrade where Japanese manufacturers could advise on how to modernize their technology in the most rational and best way.
