People at the Novi Sad City Development Institute say that the greatest interest in the building land market is expressed in the land on which residential buildings are planned to be built, primarily in Petrovaradin, Kac, Cenej, Rumenka and Sremska Kamenica, as well as in building lots in so-called industrial zones.

People at this institute announce that they will soon prepare public ads for the sale of building land for construction of residential facilities in streets Rakovacka and Milana Savica in Telep, in Kneza Vlastimira street in Adice, in Miseluk 2 in Sremska Kamenica, in Stefana Nemanja street in Kac, and in Vuka Karadzica street in Cenej.

The market value of a 500-square-meter lot in Telep is about RSD 3 million, the same lot in Adice costs about RSD 2 million, its price in Rumenka is about RSD 1 million, while the price of such lot in Kac amounts to about RSD 1.5 million. In the work zone Sever 2, above Novosadski Partizanski Odred road, the City owns a big number of lots intended for production and storage facilities, and public ads for these lots are planned to be announced in October.

The City also has a large number of lots for collective residence and the announcement of public ads for such lots will depend on the interest of investors.
