Last month, the Shareholders’ Assembly of this Zemun-based company made the decision on adoption of the restructuring program, as well as the decision on approval of the conclusion of the power of attorney agreement with the Privatization Agency.

Earlier, in September, the Ministry of Economy of Serbia announced that Dutch bus manufacturer VDL would become a partner of Ikarbus after the termination of the sales contract with the Russian partner and the transfer of the management of that Zemun-based company to the Privatization Agency.

This government authority owns 49.4% of the Zemun-based bus manufacturer, while the company’s largest minor shareholders are SEE Capital Group and Delta Generali Osiguranje, which have been acquiring shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
