INVITATION
for tenders

Supply of specialized vehicles and associated equipments for PUC Duboko

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website ( www.ebrd.com) and in Procurement Opportunities, Ref. 5558-GPN-37033 date 13 June 2007 and recently updated on date: May 12 2011.

PUC Regionalna sanitarna deponija-Duboko hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser , intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the supply of the following specialized vehicles and associated equipments for PUC Duboko:

– Lot 1 – Six abroll tippers with a drawer

– Lot 2 – One tipper

– Lot 3 – Two trailers with a transportation pole

– Lot 4 – One press

– Lot 5 – Ten closed abroll containers

– Lot 6 – Thirty open roof abroll containers

– Lot 7 – One service van

Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria for each lot:

in the case of a tenderer offering to supply goods under the Contract which the tenderer does not manufacture or otherwise produce, the tenderer has been duly authorized by the goods’ manufacturer or producer to supply the goods in the Purchaser’s country;

average annual turnover as prime Supplier (defined as billing for Goods and Services delivered and under delivery) over the last three years of the following Euro equivalent for: Lot 1- 1.000.000

– Lot 2 – 300.000

– Lot 3 – 100.000

– Lot 4 – 100.000

– Lot 5 – 150.000

– Lot 6 – 400.000

– Lot 7 – 100.000

the Tenderer shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the production cash flow for the contract estimated as not less than the following EURO equivalent, taking into account the Tenderer’s commitments for other contracts:

– Lot 1 – 200.000

– Lot 2 – 50.000

– Lot 3 – 20.000

– Lot 4 – 20.000

– Lot 5 – 20.000

– Lot 6 – 50.000

– Lot 7 – 20.000

Experience as Supplier, in at least 1 contract within the last 3 years with a value of at least 80% that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Goods.

the tenderer or its agent will be able to carry out the supplier’s maintenance, repair and spare parts stocking obligations prescribed in these tender documents prior the contract signing; and

the tenderer has proposed goods for which regular maintenance service is ensured in the country of the Purchaser.

If requested, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Euro 5,000.00 or its equivalent in a convertible currency for each lot.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below until 6 February 2012 at 13:00 which time they will be opened in the presence of those tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.

A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender documents may be inspected at the address below.
