BelRE Exclusive, the real estate expo and conference, will be held on November 3 and 4, 2010, in Business Center Usce, on the 25th floor. BelRE will gather all those who are interested in the development of the regional investment market – foreign and local investors, consulting companies, experts, landowners, architects, contractors, credit companies, banks, real estate trading agencies, and end-users.
The same as every year, the expo will also include a conference on real estates. This year’s topics will be dedicated to the overcoming of the crisis in the construction industry, the facility management and maintenance, the legal framework that should enable quicker realization of projects, the development of residential and retail projects, industrial zones, and other themes from the field of real estate development.
