The number of foreign tourists in Belgrade Serbia increased by 15% in the first seven months of this year compared with the same period last year. Most of them come from Slovenia and then from Croatia, Germany, Italy or Bulgaria, and the number of tourists from Turkey is also increasing. Tourists are attracted by historical sights, the beautiful position of Belgrade on two rivers, numerous events and good nightlife. Most tourists arrive in the period from April to October, i.e. from 70,000 to 80,000 a month and most of them are young people staying in hostels. In the past three to four years, cycling tourism has become increasingly popular. However, the most popular destinations for foreign tourists in Serbia are music festivals, such as the Guča Trumpet Festival, Beer Fest and Exit.
