Serbia is offering 29 publicly owned properties for sale

Serbia has offered for sale 29 properties in several cities and municipalities. The lowest starting price of 1,464 euros has a family residential building in Pirot, while the complex of Ralja has the highest of 746,000 euros, according to the announcement of the Republic Directorate for Property.
The offered state property is also located in Becej, Plandiste, Nis, Kragujevac, Ecka, Bajmok, Paracin, Arilje, Negotin, Razanj, Pozarevac, Gornji Milanovac, Soko Banja and the territory of the municipality of Presevo.
The property in Ralja, which is part of the municipality of Sopot, includes several production and communal facilities on a total of more than 10,000 square meters, as well as land of almost five hectares.
In addition, the overhaul hall in Pirot was offered for 174,000 euros, while the service and truck halls in that city were offered for 167,000 and 141,000 euros each.
Two properties in Belgrade, as well as the complex in Selevac, have starting prices of more than 100,000 euros.
The lowest starting prices have family residential buildings in Bajmok, which was offered for 1,942 euros, and Pirot for 1,464 euros.
The sale of this state property is done by collecting written offers, which can be submitted to the Republic Property Directorate by March 26, and their opening is scheduled for March 29, Nova Ekonomija reports.
