Minister of Economy and Regional Development Nebojsa Ciric and representatives of the Italian company Benetton will sign an agreement on purchase of textile factories Niteks at 13:00 on 31 May in Nis.
The visit to factory Nikteks is scheduled for 14:00.
Benetton received through the programme of incentives for encouraging investments, administered by SIEPA, €18 million, or €9,000 per new employee.
Benetton plans to employ 2,700 workers over next four years and to invest €43.2 million.
The company’s main activity is the production of fashion clothes through bands “The United Colours of Benetton”, “Sisley” and “Playlife”
