The bill on state guarantees to Srbijagas for taking loans from four banks, in the total amount of 55 million euros for the project of building a gas pipeline (continuation of the Turkish stream) from the border with Bulgaria to the border with Hungary and other neighboring countries with Serbia, entered the parliamentary procedure.
The guarantee refers to the indebtedness of Srbijagas with Komercijalna banka, OTP, Vojvodjanska and Sberbank for the construction of the gas pipeline through the investment in the capital of the joint stock company South Stream Serbia.
The loan agreements stipulate that loans are approved for six years, including a grace period of two years at an interest rate of 2.12 percent to 2.34 percent on an annual basis plus 3M EURIBOR, Dnevnik reports.
