ALSO Holding AG has concluded the acquisition of PIN Computers doo, one of the leading providers of IT products from Serbia. Following the acquisition, the company will continue to operate as ALSO Serbia in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“This is part of the ALSO Group’s successful development strategy, which includes expanding to 13 new Eastern European countries since 2015. The range of acquisitions ranged from companies specializing in distribution to Microsoft expert DAQUAS, acquisitions made earlier this year. Including three new countries, ALSO is now present in 16 Eastern European countries and 27 countries in Europe in total,” the company said in a statement.
ALSO Serbia will provide local partners with access to its ecosystem of IT hardware and software, solutions, services and digital platforms.
“We are already present in Serbia through a strong team of developers. Their expertise in domains such as cyber security and other digital platforms, the local expertise of PIN employees together with ALSO’s business expertise will surely create an extremely strong player in the market,” says Gustavo Moller-Hergt, CEO of ALSO Holding AG.
ALSO Holding AG is one of the largest suppliers in the ICT industry. The Swiss-based company is currently active in 27 countries across Europe and 93 countries around the world through its partner platform, Bonitet reports.
