The bank in Serbia records a 40 percent increase in the use of electronic services

Crédit Agricole Bank of Serbia announced that during March and April, it recorded a 40 percent increase in the number of transactions of individuals through electronic and mobile banking compared to the same period last year.
“During March and April, the choice of our clients were electronic services, which resulted in the total number of transactions performed by e-bank or m-bank service increased by as much as 25 percent compared to just six months before the crisis, and as much as 40 percent in compared to the same period last year,” the statement said.
The head of the sector for customer relationship management and digital transformation of Crédit Agricole Bank of Serbia, Milos Vojvodic, said that the bank in Serbia will continue to improve its digital services, products and services.
“In the future, we will go a step further so that our clients will be able to choose the location of ATMs, branches or a product created to their liking,” said Vojvodic, Beta reports.
