The Belgrade building was offered for sale again

The city of Belgrade offered a part of the Belgrade Palace for sale for 16.5 million euros, it was announced today.
More than 19.7 thousand square meters have been offered for sale, and the deposit for participation in the public bidding procedure amounts to 1.65 million euros.
The condition for the purchase is that the new owner undertakes to invest not less than eight million euros within three years through construction and craft works on the adaptation and reconstruction of the Belgrade woman.
The public bidding is scheduled for September 9, and the deadline for applications is September 7.
The city of Belgrade offered a part of the Belgrade Palace in mid-July at a starting price of 20.6 million euros.
The public bidding was then announced because there were no interested buyers, B92 reports.
