The Government of Serbia is helping the Tennis Association of Serbia with 900 thousand euros

The Government of Serbia provided 907 thousand euros from the budget reserve for the Tennis Association of Serbia.
The aid is granted in the name of financial aid to the Association, it was published in the latest Official Gazette.
The Tennis Association of Serbia has 1,393 registered active clubs and 1,536 actively registered tennis players.
According to the last available financial report for 2019, the Alliance had an income of around 1.9 million euros in that year, compared to 1.2 million euros in 2018.
The largest part of the income was from membership fees from the international federation, 734 thousand euros, followed by income from premiums, subsidies and grants of 627 thousand euros, as well as income from the sale of sponsorships, TV rights and entrance fees – close to 381 thousand euros. The report for 2020 has not yet been published on the side of the Business Registers Agency, Nova Ekonomija reports.
