The minimum wage has been increased to 40,020 dinars

At today’s session, the Government of Serbia passed the Decision on the amount of the minimum wage for 2023 of 40,020 dinars, it was announced today.

The minimum wage will be higher by 14.3 percent, that is, it will increase from 201.22 dinars per working hour to 230 dinars, so the average minimum wage in 2023 will amount to 40,020 dinars.

“It is especially important that it was achieved that the minimum wage actually grows more than inflation, in order to preserve, but also improve, the quality of life of the citizens of Serbia,” the press release stated.

The Government of Serbia has extended, for another seven days, the temporary ban on the export of Euro diesel EN 590, Kurir reports.
