Turkish Cargo, the airline for the transport of cargo which is a part of Turkish Airlines, is planning to turn the Nis airport into its regional cargo center, it was announced on Tuesday. The Nis airport (South Serbia) will, thereby, also become the center for the neighboring countries, particularly Bulgaria, the company representative Mustafa Jaz told reporters in Nis. In the nine months of this year, 900 tons of goods has been flown out of the Nis airport, and by the end of the year the overall quantity should surpass 1,300 tons, and next year the expected transport is of 2,500 tons of goods.
