In June of this year, 2,579 construction permits were issued, which is 17.9 percent more than in the same period of the previous year.
Of the total number of permits issued in June, 81 percent refer to buildings, and 19 percent to other structures. If only buildings are considered, 79.9 percent of permits were issued for residential and 20.1 percent for non-residential buildings, while for other buildings, two-thirds relate to pipelines, communication and electrical lines.
It is interesting that the number of building permits issued in June is 7.3 percent higher than in May, but their value is 97.5 percent higher.
In June, the construction of 3,535 apartments was reported, with an average area of ​​69.1 square meters. Of the total number of apartments in new residential buildings, 9.3 percent of apartments will be built in buildings with one apartment, with an average area of ​​149.5 square meters, and 88.8 percent of apartments will be built in buildings with three apartments and more apartments, and their the average area will be 60.1 square meters.
New construction accounted for 77.6 percent of the value of total works in June.
