The most expensive plot in Vršac

Not only small and attractive plots are expensive, but also larger pieces of land have a good price.
The most expensive agricultural land in Serbia in the second quarter of 2023 was sold in the municipality of Vršac. There, 1,850,496 euros were paid for 18,505 hectares.

Large pieces of land are sought after, so consolidated plots are sometimes more expensive per hectare than small ones – says Rabatić. According to him, the buyers are classic investors who have recognized a good opportunity for investment, who receive income through leasing, or large agricultural producers who need land to continue their activities. That number of buyers, as he clarified, is not large, but they are ready to buy and know what they are looking for.

In the Belgrade region, according to the report of the Republic Geodetic Institute, a hectare of land is the most expensive, so the price reached 57,112 euros. Å umadija and Western Serbia record a higher number of traded plots, so this year 951 sales contracts were recorded, and last year 798.
