Assembly passes bill allowing concessions for airports
, NewsThe Serbian National Assembly on Thursday passed a bill on airport management.
It “creates conditions for airports to be offered for concession as a way of securing funds for development and commercialization of Serbian airports.”
Amid forecasts of an expansion of regional air transport, the financial framework for securing funds for development of airports needs to be prepared in a timely manner, said a document accompanying the bill.
Under the bill, passed by 140 to 10, the subject of concession may include individual or all airport management activities.
