Chinese construction firm Power China is interested in building a Vozhd Karadjordje motorway in Sumadija, central Serbia, the Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure announced Friday after its officials met with a delegation of the company.
The two parties discussed cooperation in infrastructure projects in Serbia.
“We have excellent cooperation with Power China on a project to build a section of the Belgrade bypass from the bridge across the Sava River at Ostruznica to Bubanj potok, and there are also plans for new projects where there are possibilities for cooperation, including further construction works on the bypass, on the Bubanj potok-Vinca-Pancevo section,” said Miodrag Poledica, state secretary at the ministry.
