“Little progress” was the term used in latest 2012 EU Serbia progress report on energy sector. European Commission reports that further efforts are needed to achieve real market opening, unbundling and cost-reflective tariffs. Framework legislation on rational use of energy as well as legislation on commodity reserves remains to be adopted. And finally, sa a matter of urgency Serbia needs to address the issue referred in the Reasoned Opinion of the Energy Community.
