Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic stated on Tuesday that the government will adopt a bill on the 2012 budget next week and forward the document to the parliament within a period agreed with the International Monetary Mission.
The prime minister said that talks about the budget are underway. Cvetkovic told press that the 2012 budget was completed at the macro-level, i.e. that “its dimensions are clear,” adding that the defining of the budget for individual users is almost finished.
He specified that it is usual that a budget has deficit in crisis and when there are problems on the market, meaning that “more money is injected into the market than it is taken from it.”
