German companies employ more than 80,000 workers in Serbia.

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, Nikola Selaković, met with the State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, Anet Krama, at which the partnership relations between the two ministries, as well as the two countries, were confirmed.

Selaković pointed out that the number of German companies in Serbia, which today employ more than 80,000 workers, is growing year by year, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs.

The Minister reminded that Serbia achieved positive economic results during the Covid pandemic, as well as the complex security situation in Europe, thanks to the responsible financial policy and measures taken and taken by the Government of Serbia.

Selaković and State Secretary Krama emphasized that the process of evorintegration and Serbia’s accession to the EU is the most important area of ​​cooperation, in which Germany’s support is of great importance, it was stated in the announcement.
