Serbia’s Deputy PM and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic spoke Thursday with Indian Minister of State Jitendra Singh about improving overall economic relations between the two countries, especially in the spheres of information and communications technologies and tourism.
A bilateral agreement on cooperation in the areas of IT and electronics was signed during the meeting, with the aim of establishing institutional relations in these areas, but also encouraging cooperation of enterprises and IT companies from Serbia and India, a statement of the Ministry said.
The agreement also envisions launching scientific and research cooperation in the area of information and communication technologies, implementation of joint projects, as well as organizing technical exhibitions, fairs and expert exchange visits.
