There is enough electricity and gas in Serbia, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated today, saying that our country is safe on that issue during the energy crisis that is shaking the world.
After receiving the third dose of the Covid vaccine at the Belgrade Fair, Brnabic said that the price of electricity in Serbia is still much lower than in Europe, but also stated that there will be pressure on prices.
– We will analyze everything that is needed to see what is the right way. The economy has demanded that the price of electricity be limited in the coming months, but that is impossible because we have a liberalized market – she explained.
She pointed out that some gas reserves are used from the storage in Banatski dvor, but, she underlined, Serbia is safe in terms of energy.
– We are thinking about what we should introduce as measures to be safe in the long run, we will do that during the next week – the Prime Minister of Serbia added, eKapija reports.
